ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation
Doree Bonner International has always been dedicated to providing first class service. To enhance this further, every aspect of our service is monitored by the most widely recognised standard for service, ISO 9001:2000, one of the industry’s most coveted accreditations, awarded to us in December 1996 specifically for Business Moving.

Customer service excellence
Whilst our accreditation proves our commitment to service, it is our clients who measure it and we encourage your feedback through our  Company Performance Report. At Doree Bonner our philosophy is that satisfactory levels of Customer Service are a continuous journey of improvement and we take action upon every report completed, whether it involves praise and reward, or – very occasionally – an investigation into why mistakes have occurred.

Risk Assessment
We believe that all activities to be conducted by the Doree Bonner International Group need to be Risk Assessed to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work 1992. At the time of our initial visit our surveyor will carry out a Risk Assessment, a copy of which will be provided to you in our quotation.

Health and Safety
Our Health and Safety Policy statement includes an obligation for all employees to comply with our clients’ own Health and Safety policies and to use current best practice at all times. Doree Bonner’s standard operating procedure is made available to all staff and is regularly audited as part of ISO 9001: 2000. Our full policy is available on request.

As required by European and UK Manual Handling Operations regulations 1992 an assessment of the manual handling processes involved in each relocation is carried out at the initial survey and all staff involved have been trained in the necessary techniques. We offer a full indemnity in respect of your obligations and liabilities under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992 in relation to the Group compliance with manual handling regulations.

Insurance
It may seem odd to mention insurance at this stage, and although we will take every care to protect your goods in transit and storage, due to circumstances beyond our control, the unthinkable can sometimes happen, so we recommend to all of our customers that their possessions be insured. The quotation you receive will explain in detail the insurance cover we offer under the heading ‘Insurance and Exclusions’. In addition to office moving insurance, transit and storage insurance, we also offer the following:
